Cardinals just signed Lance Berkman to a one year deal today. In a previous post of mine the skipper Tony LaRussa has been lobbying in trying to get Lance Berkman to be our new rightfielder. It finally happen this afternoon. Mozeliak told media,“We are extremely excited to have added Lance to our ballclub." Well I am happy to see this happen, we now have another big bat in our line up. Lance is no longer a Cardinal Killer. Its nice to see him wearing Cardinal Red. Looks like Lance may end up playing leftfield and Holiday will move over to play rightfield. He will also be protection for Pujols when he needs a day off. Good job Mozeliak!
