There has been reports swirling around Busch Stadium that Carpenter has inflamation in his elbow but Carpenter said that "I am fine, Tony and Duncan would not throw me out there if I wasn't."
LaRussa has officially announced his rotation as Carpenter for Wednesday, Garcia for game 2, Lohse for game three and Edwin Jackson for game four. I also heard the Cardinals will also add Westbrook and Schumacher. So this will probably cause McClellan and Chambers to be dropped off the roster.
Ron Washington has announced C.J Wilson for game one and Colby Lewis for game two.
