Today the Cardinals pick Colby's brother Casey Rasmus in the 36th round of the last day of the draft. Currently Casey is a catcher at Liberty University in Alabama.
Scouting Report: Athletic build, very good all-around athlete, one of the top catchers in his class, shows gap to gap pop at the plate, good bat speed, consistent hard contact to all fields, squares up everything, polished hitting approach, stays inside the ball, outstanding catching fundamentals, plus balance, very strong arm, clean actions, good transfer, sets up well, soft hands, strong student, highest-level prospect, with high draft potential.
