Today Prince Fielder the captain of this years squad picked Matt Holliday, Matt Kemp, and Rickie Weeks to join him for the Home Run Derby.
The American League team is captain by Boston’s David Ortiz. He has Red Sox teammate Adrian Gonzalez, Robinson Cano and major-league home run leader Jose Bautista on his squad.
This year’s Derby will use a new format where the two leagues will square off against each other.
