Just a quick note to wish all the visitors of this blog a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday!
There actually isn't a whole lot known about this image in terms of date and title, just that this was the creation of New Zealand born artist Ted Withers, who was active between 1950 and 1961 with the Minneapolis-based Brown & Bigelow, an advertising and promotions company that also holds the right to works by Frederic Remington, Gil Elvgren and Norman Rockwell.
